This was a well known UK TV series shown between 1998 – 2004. Originally hosted by Jeremy Clarkson and replaced by the legendary Craig Charles, various teams built robots and competed against each other until there was one robot left standing at the end of the series. Coupled with the house robots and locations such as the ‘pit’ Robot Wars provided years of entertainment. Below is a selection of screencaps from a 2000 episode of the series.
